Return & Refund policy

We accept product return request within 15 days of product delivery. No product return request will be accepted after the 15 days has passed. When contacting us about a product return, please include your name, your order number, and the date of purchase. 

The customer must contact our support team to initiate a product return request, and receive a RMA case number prior to returning the product. We do not accept any product returns without a RMA case number. All return products without a product return request and RMA case number will automatically be rejected. 

When returning a product back to Jade Tea Lab, the customer must make sure the RMA case number is marked on the return package. Additionally, due to the nature of the products, all tea and coffee must be returned in their original packaging and unopened. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping and handling fee for sending the return product. 

 

The shipping charge and the credit card processing fee (calculated using full order total amount) is non-refundable for all order cancellations and product returns. 

  • credit card processing fee for domestic orders is 2.9% + $0.30
  • credit card processing fee for international orders 3.9% + $0.30

3rd Party Purchases

If you purchased our products through a third party vendor, such as Amazon or other distributors, please keep in mind that we do not have access to your order information. Please directly contact the vendor or distributor that you originally purchased the product from  for initiating the product return request.
